Quality procedures.

- One consultant will be assigned as the point of contact for the client, so you know who to talk to for all information.

- Your vacancies are thoroughly investigated by our consultants, with detailed job and person descriptions taken. If required, a consultant can visit you on site to obtain more information.

- All terms of business between us and your organisation are agreed in writing at the time of registering the vacancy. Please contact us if you would like to a copy of our standard Terms of Business.

- Candidates are thoroughly interviewed as part of our screening process. No candidate CV will be sent to a client without the candidates full knowledge and consent.

- At all times our consultants will keep you informed of all time frames and services conducted, so you are always fully aware of where we are in the recruitment process.

- Upon completion of a search assignment our consultants work with you to organise interviews with your chosen candidate(s). At all times our consultants are open, honest and work in a professional and ethical way.
